Hemant Chauhan (Hindi: हेमन्त चौहान; born 25 August 1986) is an Indian Hindi poet. Hemant chauhan's full name is Hemant Kumar Chauhan. He belong to a small village Achalpur of Tehsil Khurja Dist- Bulandshahr.
Early life
Hemant Chauhan was born in a middle class family of a small Village Achalpur in Tehsil Khurja of District Bulandshahr, U.P. His early childhood was spent in the village.
Family
His family is middle class family of his village. His father Shri Mahendra Singh Chauhan and his mother Smt. Sushila Devi were always support him. When his grandfather Shri Dalvir Sing Chauhan were alive he was very attached to his grandfather. Often he would like to hear stories from grandpa.
Education
His early education was in Siddhartha Public School situated in Khurja Dist- Bulandshahr, U.P. or Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Karora, Bulandshahr. He completed his education of High School to Intermediate in Nabab Singh Chauhan Gramoday Inter College (GSS) Kasimpur Dist- Aligarh, U.P. Living with his uncle Subhash Singh Chauhan who live in Kasipur.Early career
He made his initial business start from cyber cafe in West Model Town, Ghaziabad along with reading.

मुझे पता है मेरा मकसद ,कहाँ तक मुझको जाना है !
क्या छोड़ना है पीछे मुझको ,क्या मुझको पाना है !
दिल में छुपे हैं कुछ अरमान ,और सोच रखा है मैने ये !
मुझको तेरा ही बनना है ,और तुझको अपना बनाना है !!

जो बचपन में उँचा उठ जाए ,उसको झुकाने वाला कोई नहीं !
जो तीव्रता से आगे बढ़ जाए ,उसको पछाड़ने वाला कोई नहीं !
पराक्रम ही तो इस दुनियाँ में ,पहचान किसी की होती है !
जो बचपन में ही पराक्रमी हो जाए ,उसे हराने वाला कोई नहीं !!

गुस्सा भी आता है ,उसपर तरस भी आता है !
जो पहले कहकर अपना ,फिर छोड़ जाता है !
क्यों मिलाता है मौला ,दुनियाँ में उस सख्स से !
जो होठों का जाम पिलाकर ,फिर मुँह मोड़ जाता है !!

डूबा रहता यादों में उसकी ,मिला हूँ जैसे सागर तल से !
खुद से ही अनजान के जैसा ,आज्ञान रहा मे हर हलचल से !
पर्वत सी विशाल मेरी आशाएं ,छोटी हो गयीं तिनके जैसी !
मन दुखता सा मेरा हर पल ,बिछड़ा मैं उससे जिस पल से !!

जिसको पसंद ना हो मेरा आँगन ,वो मेरे घर में रहेगी कैसे !
पसंद नापसंद की इस भँवर मे ,खुद ही डूबता चला गया मैं !
जिसको मेरा साथ ना भाया हो ,वो किसी के साथ रहेगी कैसे !!
